All standard domestic orders are dispatched using Royal Mail as default. Our next day services are dispatched using UK Mail and require a signature.

We aim for all orders to be dispatched the same day if you order before 1pm, however during seasonal peaks please allow up to 2 working days for your delivery. If you require any further information on this please contact our Customer Care team.
The Process:
Once your order has been successfully completed and is ready to be sent you will receive an email from us confirming the successful dispatch of your parcel(s) including all tracking information.
If you select our Next Day service, our courier will then contact you via email and SMS text message (if mobile number has been provided) to confirm your 1 hour delivery window. Please note that this service is only available to UK mainland customers.
If there is no response when the courier tries to deliver your parcel, a card will be left giving you the option to re-arrange collection. They will re-attempt to deliver your parcel up to three times after which it will be returned to Flash Trends.
If your assigned date/time is not convenient, you can reply to the email or SMS to rearrange a more suitable time slot.
Please note due to courier restrictions we are unable to ship to some areas of the UK on a ‘next day’ service.
* Please note: We do no ship to Hotels, PO Box and BFPO addresses.
All domestic orders that are dispatched using Royal Mail are sent using a their 1st Class service.
If the delivery date/time is not convenient or unable to be delivered, Royal Mail may hold your parcel at your local post office for collection at a more convenient time.
Restrictions & Taxes
It is important to note that you may have to pay custom duties and taxes on the items you purchase and that these local fees are not included in your invoice.
For US shipping if the value is under 200 U.S Dollars you will not have to pay duties however if over this amount you will be liable to pay import tax.
For Canadian orders you will always be liable to pay import duties and taxes over a value of 60 Canadian Dollars.
For Returns: the product must be packed with a note above the address stating the goods are been returned. Failure to do this will result in import duties being removed from the amount refunded - at the customer’s expense.
